Base class for calibrating the specified instrument flux column using
the local photometric calibration.

Parameters

    Name of the instrument flux column.

    Name of the assocated error columns for ``instFluxCol``.
photoCalibCol : `str`
    Name of local calibration column.
photoCalibErrCol : `str`
    Error associated with ``photoCalibCol``
